Chapter 2
2.1
The second commandment of the teaching is:
2.2
Do not murder; do not commit adultery; do not sexually exploit boys; do not engage in sexual immorality; do not steal; do not practise magic; do not practise sorcery; do not kill a child before birth or put to death one that has been born; do not covet what belongs to your neighbour.
2.3
Do not swear falsely, bear false witness, malign others or bear a grudge.
2.4
Do not be double-minded or double-tongued, for a double tongue is a snare of death.
2.5
Let your words be neither false nor empty, but borne out in action.
2.6
Do not be greedy, rapacious, hypocritical, malicious or arrogant. Do not devise an evil plan against your neighbour.
2.7
Do not hate anyone: some you should correct, for some you should pray, and some you should love more than your own life.
